All summer tuition must be paid in full in advance of starting any program. All tuition is non-refundable. No student will be permitted to participate without all registration forms being completed and signed in advance. All students are subject to a one-time registration fee of $15. Any and all returned checks will incur a $25 fee. Checks can be made out to Braintree Performing Arts Center LLC. We do not reimburse or credit for student absences.
We do not offer before or after program childcare. Students may be dropped off up to but no earlier than 15 minutes before the program start time. Our faculty's time is valuable. In the event of an emergency causing a delay in picking up your child please contact the school immediately. A childcare fee of $15 will be implemented if your child is picked up more than 15 minutes after the programs scheduled end time. An additional $1 per minute will be added for each minute after the initial 15 minutes.
Braintree Performing Arts Center LLC, Hillary Driscoll, all faculty, staff, assistants, student teachers, master instructors, guest teachers, chorographers, and any other person affiliated with Braintree Performing Arts Center are not liable for injury and do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Any and all photos and videos taken by faculty during our Summer Programs is property of BPAC and may be used for advertisement purposes in both physical and/or digital formats including but not limited to social media.
Our dress code standards are designed for the student's health and safety and may vary depending on the type of program the student is enrolled in. We expect all students to arrive in clean appropriate attire. All Dance students are expected to arrive with hair tightly pulled back into a ballet bun using hair nets and bobby pins for all dance classes. No street shoes are allowed within the studio space and must be left in designated areas during class. Specific dress code policy information will be provided within the program registration packets.
BPAC is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student can learn, create, and grow with confidence and respect. We Maintain zero tolerance for bullying, hazing, intimidation, harassment, or hate speech of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, sexual harassment, homophobia, discrimination, or any behavior that targets an individual or group based on identity, background, religious belief, or personal characteristics.
This policy extends to online behavior. Slander, harassment, or negative online conduct directed towards the school, its faculty, or its students- including posts on social media, messaging platforms, or other digital spaces will be treated as a violation of this policy. Any student or guardian of a student found to be engaging in these behaviors may result in immediate removal from our program without refund. By enrolling, students and families agree to uphold the values of respect, professionalism, inclusivity, and community that define Braintree Performing Arts Center LLC.
